Getting rib-by with it. Our Beef Back Ribs are size XL. These tender bites of smoky rubbed honey adobo meat treats will have you shaking your tail feathers. Love at first bite!
Ingredients

2-3 Lb Beef Back Rib Rack

2 T Olive Oil
-
3/4 El Jefe Honey Adobo Taco Seasoning & Rub

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 Beef Broth
Directions
Pre heat the smoker to 250 degrees.
Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs.
Drizzle the olive oil on the ribs and rub it in to act as the binder for the rub.
Season generously with El Jefe Seasoning
Place in the smoker meat side up for 2 hours
Make a boat out of double lined, heavy duty aluminum foil and place the rib in meat side down. Add vinegar and beef broth.
Raise the temperature of the smoker to 350 degrees.
Return the ribs to the smoker for 1 hour or until the internal temp reaches 110-112 degrees and is fall off tender.
Allow the ribs to rest for 15 minutes before cutting and enjoying.
