Korean-Style Beef Short Ribs
Get all the beefy flavor of short ribs with a quarter of the cooking time with these grilled flanken-style short ribs. Korean-style short ribs, also known as "flanken," are cut lengthwise across the rib bones to create a thin slice of tender rib meat. The thinner slices allow for faster cooking on the grill and allow our bold and tangy Black Belt Korean BBQ Sauce to caramelize as it cooks.
Note: if you can't find these at your local grocer, be sure to ask for them from your butcher.
