Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Beef
- 4 TB – Team USA Butcher Blend
- 4 – Burger Buns
- 8 Slice – Bacon
- 8 Slice – Cheddar Cheese
- 8 – Onion Rings
- Lettuce and Tomato
- ½ Cup – Mayo
- ¼ Cup – Ketchup
- 1 TB – Yellow Mustard
- 1 TB – Dijon Mustard
- 1 TB – Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 TB – Pickle Relish
America Sauce
Directions
- Make the America sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, both mustards, vinegar and pickle relish in a bowl and stirring until well combined.
- Make 8 burger patties, 4 oz each and season them generously with Team USA Butcher Blend.
- Preheat grill.
- Cook the burgers to your desired temperature. Melt cheese on the burgers for the last minutes of cooking.
- Toast the bins if desired and then build the burgers.
- Start with 2 TB of the America sauce on the bottom bun. Follow up with lettuce and tomato, 2 burger patties, 2 slices of bacon, 2 onion rings and finish it off with an extra drizzle of sauce.
- Enjoy!
