With the rise of at-home baking due to recent stay-at-home orders, the new baking kits are designed to offer a bakery and restaurant-style experience without leaving home. Each of the three kits contains dough mix and complete easy-to-follow instructions (no baking skills required!).

"Since the COVID-19 pandemic, a rise in feel-good comfort food has been overtaking 2020 food trends," says Stephanie Neu, R&D Manager at PS Seasoning.
A new poll of 2,000 Americans found that two in three are reverting to childhood food favorites and eating more comfort food during the pandemic. That includes an uptick in such favorites as pizza (55%).
Consumers are also turning to baking as a way to enjoy comfort foods and pass the time. National retailer Kroger reported a 600% jump in sales of baking supplies and yeast in 2020. "Our new baking kits allow our customers to learn a new skill, while making memories and enjoying delicious food," says Joe Hanni, president of PS Seasoning.
