New! Bacon Mac 'n Cheese & General Tso Bratwurst Seasonings
We're excited to introduce two new flavors to our line of gourmet bratwurst and fresh sausage seasonings: Bacon Mac ‘N Cheese and General Tso’s. The new gourmet bratwurst seasonings were inspired by American comfort food and take-out favorites.
“Last year we released our Mac ‘n Cheese brat seasoning and the response was extremely positive,” says Stephanie Neu, manager of Research & Development at PS Seasoning. “Our innovation team wanted to bring something unexpected, yet familiar to the table again this year. We thought of comfort food dishes that everyone loves, and how to turn that into a great-tasting brat flavor. These particular profiles complement pork, chicken, wild game and other proteins used in sausage making.”
The new Bacon Mac 'n Cheese seasoning has all the same cheesy flavors as the original Mac 'n Cheese, but with added smokiness from bacon flavors. The seasoning includes real par-boiled noodles that can be mixed directly into the meat.
Inspired by the takeout classic, the General Tso’s bratwurst seasoning has the sweet and spicy flavor profile as its namesake. “Asian flavors are leading the meat industry this year,” says Stephanie Neu, manager of Research & Development at PS Seasoning. "This is a flavor everyone knows and loves and yet, using it as a meat seasoning is really unexpected."
