12 Oz Ahi Tuna Steaks, 1" Thick

TT Open Sesame Everything Bagel

1 T Sesame Oil

1 T Vegetable Oil

Slaw:
1 T Sesame Oil

1/2 T Rice Vinegar
-
1/2 Lime -Juiced
-
1 1/2 Cups Savory Cabbage, Shredded

1/2 Cup Cucumber- Julienned

1 Scallion- Chopped
-
1 T Cilantro
-
TT Open Sesame Everything Bagel

3 T Thai Fighter Ginger Teriyaki

3 Mini Brioche Rolls, Toasted
Directions
Season tuna with Open Sesame. Gently press seasoning into tuna steaks.
Prepare the slaw: In a mixing bowl, whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, and lime juice. Fold in cabbage, cucumber, carrot, scallion, and cilantro. Season with Open Sesame.
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat/flame. Sear tuna steaks in oil, cooking 1 minute per side, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
Assemble sliders: bottom bun, slaw, tuna, drizzle of Thai Fighter, slaw, top bun. Serve immediately.
