I bought the Honky Tonk Rub just so I could make this recipe. I made it in two batches in my little air fryer. One batch following the recipe exactly, and it turned out great! The second batch, I replaced the black pepper in the bread crumbs with Chiltepin powder for a little extra kick, and it certainly lit me up! I think I prefer the original recipe because I can taste the rub instead of the chile pepper in my modified recipe.
