Skip the taco shell and go for the pasta. With a manicotti shell stuffed with a smoky adobo honey beef filling you will be wondering if Taco Tuesday just got a facelift! Pop these babies in the air fryer and enjoy the crunch, at least until the next batch is done!
Ingredients

1 Lb Ground Beef

3 T El Jefe Taco Adobo Honey Taco Seasoning & Rub

3/4 C Water

1 Box Manicotti Pasta

2 T Olive Oil
-
1/2 C Cotija Cheese- Shredded

1 Jalapeno- Thin Sliced, Optional To Suffering

1 Pkg- Cream Cheese 8 Oz

1/4 C Sour Cream

2 T Elote Loco Street Corn Blend
Directions
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. (be sure not to overcook)
Drain and cool rapidly under cold water.
Cook the taco meat per directions in the label, using the el jefe taco seasoning and ¾ cup water. Cool.
Combine ¼ cup shredded cotija cheese and the taco meat together.
Pre heat air fryer to 380 degrees.
Stuff the pasta shells with the taco meat and cheese mixture. (jalapenos optional)
Spray the basket of the air fryer with a little cooking spray and set down a few stuffed pastas. (leave ½” between pasta)
Give the tops another quick spray of oil and fry for 12-13 minutes, or until the pasta is crispy.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, remaining cotija cheese and elote loco in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Serve the stuffed pasta with a side of elote mix for dipping.
