Ingredients

1 - PS Seasoning Cinnamon Roll Kit
- 3 LB – Bacon

½ C – Apple Cider Vinegar
-
1 C– Maple Syrup
- 2 oz – Bourbon

½ C – Brown Sugar
Bacon Jam
Directions
- Start by making the bacon jam.
- Roughly chop the bacon and place in a large pan.
- Turn heat to medium and cook the bacon until well rendered and slightly crispy.
- Drain and discard bacon fat. (Or save for other recipes)
- Place the bacon back in the pot and add remaining ingredients for the bacon jam. Bring to a very low simmer and cook until the sauce has reduced and is slightly thickened, about 45 50 minutes.
- Remove and cool completely.
- Once the bacon jam is cooled, you can start making the rolls.
- Follow the directions on the box, but after spreading the butter and sprinkling the cinnamon mixture, spread out the bacon jam, and then roll up the dough.
- Continue the directions on the box.
- Enjoy!
