A bacon wrapped appetizer will guarantee you an invitation to every party! Homemade Honky Hot Pickles are hugged in a crispy bacon blanket and basted in a double dose of Honky Tonk heat! Finger food and a flaming hot mouth makes for good times!
Ingredients

12 Honky Tonk Hot Pickles (see recipe)

12 Slices Bacon
-
1 T Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Chicken Rub

1/4 Cup Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Sauce
Directions
Preheat smoker or grill to 350 degrees.
Wrap each pickle in a piece of bacon. (Use a toothpick to secure if needed)
Season each wrapped pickle with a sprinkle of Honky Tonk Rub.
Place on the smoker over indirect heat for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked.
Lightly baste the pickles with Honky Tonk Sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with extra Honky Tonk Hot Sauce for dipping.
