Ingredients
- 24 – Spanish Olives (lg)

8 Slices – Bacon

1/3 Cup – Whiskey Barrel BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees F.
- Cut the bacon into 1/3s.
- Wrap each olive in 1/3 piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the olives on a smoker safe rack and then place on the smoker.
- Smoke olives for 45-60 minutes until the bacon is rendered to your liking.
- Lightly baste the olives with Whiskey Barrel BBQ sauce and smoke for an additional 10 minutes to tack on the sauce.
- Remove from the smoker and serve immediately.
