Bacon equals better. Taking a pork tenderloin and wrapping it in bacon already tells you your first bite will be out of this world. Grilling just got peachy!
Ingredients

2 Pork Tenderloin
-
3 T Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub

12 Slices Bacon- Thick Cut

2/3 Peach Buzz Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Remove the pork from packaging and pat dry with paper towel. Use a paring or boning knife to remove excess fat and silver skin.
Once trimmed, cut the tenderloin into 3” sections and form into steaks.
Season the steaks with Notorious P.I.G.
Stand the with steak side facing up. Wrap each steak with two pieces of bacon like a belt, and secure with toothpicks. Season with more Notorious P.I.G.
Place the steaks on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 7 Minutes.
Flip the steaks and close the lid again, cook for an additional 6 minutes.
Quickly glaze the steaks with Peach buzz and continue to cook the steaks until they reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees.
Remove from heat and rest for 10 minutes before removing the toothpicks and serving.
