Bad Juju Cajun Dip & Chips
Despite the name, this quick and easy Cajun dip will bring you some seriously good juju. Creamy, tangy and spicy, this dip is served with crunchy baked tortilla chips. Top it with spicy shrimp, crab, andouille sausage, or shredded chicken for extra heartiness.

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Bad Juju, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process on high for one minute. Scrape down edges, then process another minute. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for one hour to meld flavors.
- Place 10 tortillas on a cutting board and cut into sixths. Spread tortilla wedges out on 2 baking sheets.
- Whisk together olive oil and ¼ teaspoons Bad Juju and lightly brush each tortilla wedge. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, rotating half way, until golden brown. Serve alongside Bad Juju dip.
