Ingredients
- 1 LB – Ground Pork

2 T – Shallot, minced
- 1 – Egg
-
½ C – Panko Breadcrumbs

2 T – Toasted Sesame Oil
-
3 T- Big Kahuna - Pineapple Teriyaki Rub
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except for the sesame oil in a bowl. Mix together with you hand until everything is well combined.
- Form meatballs, about ¾ oz each.
- Heat a large skillet with sesame oil over medium high heat.
- Sear the meatballs on all sides and then place them on a foil lined sheet tray.
- Place the meatballs in the oven and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees.
- Toss these in with stir fry or on a sub roll with Hawaiian slaw and a drizzle of Big Kahuna sauce.
