Bloody Mary Burgers
Bloody Mary lovers, rejoice. These bold Bloody Mary Burgers have all the flavors you love. Juicy Worcestershire-infused burgers are smothered in a spicy Big Buck Bloody Mayo, complete with a splash of vodka. Top it all off with skewers of bacon, cheese, sausage, and all your favorite Bloody fixin's.

1 T | Hot Sauce |
1 T | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 tsp | Better Burger |
4 slices | Bacon |
Mayo | |
1/3 cup | Mayonnaise |
2 T | Big Buck Bloody Mix |
1 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
1/2 | Lemon, juiced |
1 T | Vodka |
1 T | Hot Sauce |

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with 1 tablespoon hot sauce and Worcestershire. Season with salt and lots of pepper and stir well to combine. Form the mixture into 4 equally-sized patties.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook 4 bacon slices until crisp and set aside. Place patties in skillet and cook to your liking, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Big Buck Bloody mix, Worcestershire, juice of ½ lemon, vodka, and hot sauce until well incorporated, then season with more salt and pepper.
- Spread spicy mayo on each bottom burger bun, then add burgers and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, more sauce, and top buns. Onto toothpicks or skewers, add an olive, cornichons, summer sausage, cheese and pepperoncini. Stick into each burger, along with a skewered piece of bacon.
