These Bourbon Orange Pork Chops bring bold flavor with a citrusy kick. On The Rocks Steak Seasoning adds the perfect balance of spice, while a rich bourbon-orange glaze takes them to the next level.

Ingredients
- 2 LB – Bone-in Pork chops, thick cut

4 TB – On The Rocks Steak Seasoning
- 12 oz – Orange Juice (no pulp)
- 3 TB – Honey
- ½ Cup – Bourbon
- ½ Cup - Butter
Directions
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towel and then season generously on all sides with On The Rocks Steak Seasoning.
- Heat grill to high.
- Sear the chops off on both sides, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- In a large skillet bring the orange juice to a simmer.
- Add the pork chops to the pan.
- Add the honey and ½ of the bourbon.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, flip the chops and simmer an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Once the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees, remove from the pan and rest.
- Bring the pan sauce back to a simmer and add the remaining bourbon, burn off.
- Remove from heat and add in the butter, stirring constantly until the butter melts.
- Plate the chops with a drizzle of the pan sauce and enjoy!
