Ingredients

4 – Baked Potatoes
- 1 TB – Olive Oil
- 1 TB – Backyard Better Burger Blend
- 2 Cup – Shredded Brisket
- 12 OZ – Bacon
- 1 Cup – Shredded Cheese
- ½ Cup – Sour Cream

½ Cup – Memphis King BBQ Sauce
- ½ Cup – Green Onion, Chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash the potatoes.
- Drizzle and slather the potatoes in olive oil and then season on all sides with Backyard seasoning.
- Place on a tray and into the oven for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Cook the bacon in the oven until crispy. Allow to cool slightly and then chop.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and rest at room temp for 10 minutes.
- Heat the brisket in a small skillet with a little bit of water so the meat doesn’t dry out.
- Cut open the potatoes and sprinkle some cheddar cheese into each one.
- Melt the cheese with a torch.
- Fill the potatoes with shredded brisket and cooked bacon.
- Drizzle the potatoes with Memphis King BBQ sauce.
- Garnish with the sour cream and chopped green onion.
