Ingredients
- 2 LB – Ground Chicken

4 T – Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub

½ C – Celery, fine dice

½ C – Carrots, fine dice
- 6 oz – Cream Cheese
- 3 oz – Blue Cheese crumbles
- 1 Piece – French Bread

½ C - Ranch
Directions
- Heat the flattop to 350 degrees.
- Place the ground chicken on the flattop and cook, breaking it apart into crumbles as it cooks.
- Once the chicken is fully cooked, move it over to the cool side of the flattop.
- Sauté the carrots and celery until just tender.
- Bring the chicken back to the hot zone with the sauteed vegetables and combine.
- Add in the cream cheese and blue cheese crumbles and stir together until well combined and melted.
- Slice and toast the bread to your liking.
- Fill the bread with the chopped cheese filling and plate.
- Finish with a drizzle of ranch dressing and enjoy!!!!
