Ingredients
- 2 LB – Chicken Breasts, boneless skinless

5 T – Caesar Wing Rub
- 2 Head – Romaine Lettuce
- 3 – Roma Tomatoes

2 Cu – Croutons, crushed

1 ½ C – Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 16 – Tostada Shells
- 8 – Super XL Burrito Wraps
- Caesar Dressing for dipping
Directions
- Season chicken generously with Caesar Wing Rub and cook off in a sauté pan and finish then in a 350 degree oven.
- Cool the chicken completely and chop.
- Shred the romaine lettuce and dice the tomatoes.
- Build the crunch wraps.
- Lay down a large tortilla and place one tostada shell in the middle.
- Add 3 TB of shredded parmesan cheese followed by a pinch of lettuce and some diced tomatoes.
- Add 1/3 cup of chopped chicken and top with croutons, and more cheese.
- Season with more Caesar Wing rub.
- Place another tostada shell on top and then wrap up the burrito around the filling.
- Make the remaining wraps.
Heat the crunch wraps on each side on a dry flattop set to 350 degrees. They should only take 3-4 minutes on each side to seal the tortilla and lightly heat the wrap. (You could do this in a sauté pan over medium/low heat instead.)
Serve with a side of Caesar dressing for dipping!
