Candied Bacon Breakfast Melt
If there's anything worth getting out of bed for it's this sweet and salty Candied Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. Filled with our apple-pie spiced Candied Bacon, soft scrambled eggs and melty cheese on top of buttery slices of brioche, this is what breakfast dreams are made of.
Candied Bacon Breakfast Melt

Apple Pie Candied Bacon |
4 | Eggs, beaten |
1/2 T | Butter |
2-4 slices |
Cheddar Jack |
4 slices | Toasted Brioche Bread |
Instructions:
- Toast brioche slices. Note: you can use any type of bread for this BLT, we went with buttery brioche for added decadence.
- Heat a medium saucepan on medium heat. Melt butter in sauce pan. Add eggs and scramble, stirring until cooked.
- Preheat broiler to low heat.
- To assemble, layer scrambled eggs, bacon slices and top with Cheddar Jack Cheese. Place open face sandwiches on a sheet tray and broil until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Top with toast slice and enjoy.
