- 6 – Jumbo All Beef Hot Dogs
- 6 – Seeded Hot Dog Buns

1 C – Shredded Lettuce
- 3 – Roma Tomatoes, sliced
- 12 – Pickles, sliced
- 1 – Small Onion, diced
- 6 Slice – American Cheese

1 C – Mayo

½ C – Ketchup

¼ C – Bier Hall Mustard

¼ C – Pickled, diced

1 T – Red Wine Vinegar

Directions
- Preheat grill set-up for indirect cooking. About 350 degrees.
- Make the special sauce by combining the listed ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
- Grill the hotdogs for 5-8 minutes over indirect heat to warm them, then place them over direct heat for a few minutes to char them to your liking.
- Build the dogs by laying the cheese down in the buns and then setting the grilled hot dogs in the buns.
- Top with diced onion, pickles, tomatoes, shredded lettuce and then drizzle with special sauce.
