Ingredients
- 1 Bag (30oz) – Diced Frozen potatoes (thawed)

2 C – Cheddar Cheese, shredded

2 C – Sour Cream

4 T – Butter, melted
- 1 can – Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 – Onion, small dice

3 T – Buried Treasure
- 1 Bag (5oz) – Pork Rinds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pork rinds.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Lightly grease a 9X13 baking pan and pour the potato mixture into the pan.
- Spread evenly.
- Grind the pork rinds until they are the consistency of breadcrumbs.
- Spread the ground pork rinds over the top of the potatoes.
- Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes until heated through and the topping has slightly browned.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
