Cozy up to a warm Chili Cheese Casserole after a long day out in the cold! Our Fireman's Chili with tater tots, beef, and lots of cheese!
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg – Fireman’s Chili Seasoning Mix
- 2 LB – Ground Beef
- 1 Can – Kidney Beans (rinsed)

2 C – Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Bag – Frozen Tater Tots (32oz)
- Chopped cilantro and red onion for garnish
Directions
- Make the chili according to the directions on the package using the ground beef and the kidney beans.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Once the chili is cooked pour it into a 9X13 casserole dish.
- Spread the chili evenly and then top it with 1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar.
- Evenly line the tater tots on top of the cheese to fully cover the dish.
- Place in the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes until the casserole is bubbling and the tots are crisp.
- Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with the remaining shredded cheddar, chopped cilantro and onion.
- Enjoy!
