Nothing is better then sitting down with a plate full of Chili Cheese Fries, except for sitting down with a plate full of Chili Cheese Wings! You have to try these wings!

Ingredients
- 3 LB – Wings

2 T – Olive Oil
- ½ pkg – Fireman’s Chili Mix
-
1 C – Cheddar Cheese, shredded

¼ C – Red Onion, diced

2 – Cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 350 degrees.
- Toss the wings in the olive oil.
- Then season the wings generously with the Fireman’s Chili mix.
- Place the wings directly on the smoker and smoke for 40-45 minutes until the wings are fully cooked. Rotate once or twice during the smoke for even cooking.
- Once the wings are fully cooked, place them on a sheet tray and top each wing with a small pinch of cheddar cheese.
- Place the tray of wings back on the smoker and cook for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Finish the wings with a sprinkle of diced onion and chopped cilantro. Serve with a side of sour cream for dipping.
