Ingredients
- 5 – Outside-In Chili Dogs (See recipe)

1 C– Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 – Jalapenos, thinly sliced

½ C – Fritos
-
2 T – Sour Cream
-
2 T – Green Onion, chopped
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 300 degrees.
- Line up the brats side by side. About 2” from the end, skewer the brats together. Repeat on the other side of the brats.
- Place the brat on the smoker for 15 minutes.
- Flip, and smoke for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the brats reach 150 degrees.
- Top the brats with the shredded cheese and sliced jalapenos.
- Place back on the smoker for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is well melted and the internal temperature of the brats reach 155 degrees.
- Pull the brats from the smoker and finish them with crumbled fritos, a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onion.
- Slice and enjoy!
