This copycat Cheesy Gordita Crunch will give Taco Bell a run for their money! This homemade version features a soft cheesy pita wrapped around a hard taco shell and stuffed with honey adobo beef. Dont you dare forget to drizzle it in our secret sauce that is the taco-f the town!
Ingredients

1 Lb Ground Beef

3 T El Jefe Adobo Honey Taco Seasoning & Rub

3/4 Cup Water

4 Pita Bread

4 Hard Taco Shells

1 Lb Cheddar Cheese Mix

1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce- Shredded

1/2 Cup Ranch

1/2 Cup El Jefe Adobo BBQ Taco Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook the taco meat by following the instructions on the jar.
Lay the pitas on a sheet tray and spread 2 oz of shredded cheese evenly on each.
Place the pitas in the oven until warm and the cheese has melted.
Gently wrap the pita around the hard-shell tacos using the cheese as a glue.
Mix the ranch and el jefe to make the sauce.
Build the tacos with the ground beef, a drizzle of el jefe ranch and then top with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheese mix, then you have your very own Taco Bell cheesy gordita crunch.
