Ingredients

6 XL Burrito Wraps

12 Tostada Shells
-
1 Can Refried Beans
-
16 Oz Cheese- Shredded
-
1 Lb Ground Beef
-
3 T El Jefe Adobo Honey Taco Seasoning & Rub

3/4 Cup Water
-
1 Red Onion, Thin Sliced
-
1 Large Red Pepper- Julienned

Cooking Spray
Directions
Cook the ground beef according to the directions on the label.
Build the wraps.
Spread 2 TB of beans in the center of a large burrito wrap. Season with El Jefe
Sprinkle cheese. Set a tostada shell down.
On the tostada shell layer beef, onion and red pepper. Sprinkle with more cheese.
Spread bean on a tostada shell and place in the wrap with the beans facing up.
Sprinkle with cheese and fold. Bring in one edge and the work your way around fold in the wrap until closed.
Heat a pan over medium high heat and add cooking spray.
Cook the crunch wraps until browned and heated through.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortilla.
