Ingredients

2 2-3 Lb Corned Beef Brisket

2 20 Oz Sprite Bottles

4 T Dessert Pepper Tequila Blend
Directions
Preheat oven, on convection setting to 350 degrees F.
Remove briskets from the packaging and brine. Rinse gently to remove and extra brine/seasoning.
Place the briskets in a baking dish fat side up. Remove entire cap from Desert Pepper and season generously.
Fill the pan ¾ of the way up the sides of the meat with Sprite.
Cover the pan with parchment paper and then tightly with foil to create a relatively air-tight seal.
Place in the oven for 2 – 2 ½ hours or until the meat is fork tender.
Slice against the grain to serve.
