Quick and easy dinner for those back to school night! Fried Ring Bologna sandwich topped with cheese, lettuce, kettle chips, and our Memphis King BBQ Sauce!
Ingredients

1 LB – 211 Ring Bologna
- 1 – Onion
-
2 T – Butter
-
¼ C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
- 3 Slice – Provolone Cheese
-
1 C – Shredded Lettuce
-
2 C – Kettle Chips
- 3 – Ciabatta Buns
Directions
- Preheat flattop or skillet to medium high heat.
- Julienne the onions and then cook them with the butter until caramelized. Set aside.
- Slice the bologna into ¼” slices and place on the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip once it is well seared.
- Baste the bologna with the BBQ sauce, flip and repeat.
- Toast the ciabatta buns if desired.
- Build the sandwiches. Place lettuce on the bottom bun followed by 1/3 of the meat.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the meat, and torch to melt.
- Finish with caramelized onions and a handful of potato chips for crunch.
