General Tso Eggrolls
All the flavor of your favorite take-out dish wrapped up in a crispy eggroll. These General Tsos Eggrolls are made with our sweet and tangy No. 351 Brat and sauteed veggies, then wrapped in an eggroll and fried until crispy and golden. They're tso good.
General Tso's Eggrolls

No. 351 General Tso Brats, casings removed |
1 1/2 cup | Green Cabbage, chopped |
1/2 cup | Carrot, julienne |
2 | Scallions, minced |
8 | Egg Roll Wrappers |
2 cups | Vegetable Oil |
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the brats and break up with a fork. Cook for 1 minute, then add cabbage and sauté with crumbled brat for 2 minutes, then stir in carrots and scallions and sauté 1 more minute. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and add 3 tablespoons of filling to the middle. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the top of the filling, then fold over each side. Brush the top point of the wrapper with warm water, then roll the wrapper tight. Set aside on a plate while filling the remaining wrappers.
- Place oil in a deep pot and heat to 350 F. Fry 3 to 4 egg rolls at a time, turning occasionally, until golden brown, approximately 3 minutes.
