Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients: | |
2.5 lbs | Chicken wings, flats and drumettes, separated |
2 T | Vegetable Oil |
1 T | Kosher Salt or Seasoning Rub |
1 Cup | Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce or any Dry Wing Rub |
Instructions:
1. Fire up your grill and set the temperature to 350˚F. If you’re using a gas or charcoal grill, set it up for medium heat.
2. While the grill is preheating, dry the wings thoroughly with paper towels, then toss with vegetable oil and your seasoning of choice.
3. Once the grill is up to temperature, place the wings directly on the grill grate and grill for 25-30 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 175˚F and the meat is no longer pink at the bone.
4. Remove the wings from the grill and toss with BBQ Sauce.
