Ingredients

2 LB - Campo Grande Iberico 4-rib Pork Rack

1 T – Olive Oil
-
3 T – Multitool Ultimate Blend
- Veggies for a side
Directions
- Preheat grill, set up for indirect cooking, to 350 degrees
- Trim the pork as needed and then rub it down with the olive oil.
- Season generously with Multitool and let sit at room temperature for 40 minutes.
- Insert a meat probe into the thickest part of the rack to monitor temperature.
- Place the pork on the grill, bones down and cook until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.
- Remove from the grill and rest the meat for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with you favorite sides and enjoy!
