Ingredients
- 10 LB – Pork Butt

¾ Cup – Apple Pie Rub
- 2 Can – Hard Cider
- Pretzel Buns
- 2 Cup – Shredded Cabbage
- ¼ Cup – Shredded Carrots
- 2 – Honey Crisp Apples
- ¼ cup – Craisins
- ¾ Cup – Mayo
- 3 TB – Apple Cider Vinegar

1 TB – BBQ General SPG Rub
Apple Slaw
Directions
- Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.
- Score the fat cap of the pork butt and then season generously with Apple Pie rub on all sides.
- Allow the pork butt to rest at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
- Place the pork in an aluminum pan.
- Pour 2 Hard ciders into the pan.
- Put the pork in the smoker.
- Smoke for 12-14 hours until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 204 degrees.
- Remove the pork from the smoker and cover with foil. Place in an empty oven (not on).
- Rest in the oven for 1-2 hours.
- Remove the pork from the pan and shred.
- Julienne the apples and then combine with the rest of the ingredients listed for the apple slaw.
- Toast the pretzel buns and then build your sandwiches topped with apple slaw.
