Directions
- Make 4 burger patties out of the ground beef and season them generously with El Dinero rub. Set aside.
- Slice the jalapenos into ¼” slices and soak in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
- Preheat fryer to 350 degrees.
- Take the jalapenos out of the buttermilk and then toss them in the flour. Make sure they are well covered.

- Heat the milk in a small saucepot over medium/low heat.
- Once hot, stir in the shredded cheese and the can of green chiles.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick. Season with El Dinero.
- Grill or sear off the burgers until they are cooked to your liking.
- Toast the burger buns and then build your burgers.
- Place lettuce and sliced tomato on the bottom bun followed by your grilled burger.
- Add a small ladle of cheese sauce onto the burger and then top with sliced avocado and fried jalapeno chips.
- Enjoy!
