A bite sized bomb you won’t be able to resist. Smoky sweet cream cheese mixed with Ritz crumbles and green onion is hugged by crispy strips of bacon to make a perfect hand held appetizer. Bombing your mouth one bite at a time.
Ingredients

8 Oz Cream Cheese- 1 Package

2 t Lumberjack Hickory Maple

1/4 C Chopped Green Onion

32 Ritz Crackers
-
16 Slices Bacon

1 Jalapeno- Thinly Sliced
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250 deg F.
Let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature for ½ hour before mixing.
Combine the cream cheese, chopped green onion and lumberjack seasoning in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Evenly spread ½ TB of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker.
On half of the crackers, place 1 slice of jalapeno.
Make a sandwich, pairing the jalapeno crackers with ones that don’t have jalapenos.
Smooth out the edges of the cracker sandwiches.
For each cracker, but 1 piece of bacon in half. Wrap the bacon over the top of the cracker, and wrap the other piece in the opposing direction.
Place on a rack lined sheet tray.
Place the cracker bombs in the smoker for 2 ½ hours.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying!

on the cracker bombs what temp. is the smoker? do you smoke with hickory?
Also the pork belly brussel skewers what flower wood do you use.
