Chicken made simple! Easy and sticky honey garlic chicken thighs are a fast and easy meal to make on those long work day nights!
Ingredients
- 3 LB – Chicken Thighs, bone in

¼ C – Cock-A-Doodle Brew beer Can Chicken Rub

3 T – Olive Oil

¼ C – Garlic, minced
-
1 ½ C – Chicken Stock
-
½ C – Honey
-
2 T – Soy Sauce
- Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Trim the chicken thighs as needed. Season the chicken on all sides generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew. Set in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil to the pan.
- Sear the chicken, skin side down to start.
- Once the skin is well browned, flip them.
- Add the garlic, chicken stock, honey and soy sauce to the pan and stir.
- Once a simmer is reached lower the heat to low and cover the skillet.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes, flipping occasionally until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees near the bone.
- Remove the chicken and rest it for 5 minutes before plating.
- Don’t forget the final drizzle of the honey garlic sauce from the pan.
