1 Quart Heavy Cream

1 Lb American Cheese

2 T Honky Tonk Hot Chicken Rub

13 Oz Bag of Tortilla Chips

2 Cups Shredded Cheese

1 Cup Tomatoes- Diced

1/2 Cup Green Onion- Chopped

2 Cups Lettuce-Shredded

1/2 Cup Red Onion- Diced

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

1 Jalapeño- Sliced
Directions
Bring the heavy cream to a simmer and, a little at a time, add the cheese and stir until melted and incorporated. Season with Honky Tonk Seasoning.
Grill or sear the brats until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Slice into coins.
Build the nachos on a sheet tray lined with parchment or butcher paper.
Lay the chips down first and sprinkle with shredded cheese, then drizzle with the cheese sauce.
Evenly distribute the remaining toppings and enjoy!
