We are putting our twist on chicken and waffles and turning it into a yummy appetizer. A melty mix of cheeses surrounds chucks of tender chicken bites, green onions, and smoky flavors. Double down on the Honky Tonk with a drizzle of sauce! You might want to dig in while its hot, so grab a WAFFLE fry and enjoy!
Ingredients

2 8 Oz Pkg. Cream Cheese- Softened

2 C Mozzarella Cheese- Shredded

1/4 C Honky TonK Hot Chicken Rub

1/2 C Green Onion- Chopped

2 C Chicken- Cooked, Chopped

1/2 C Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Sauce

1/2 C Pickles- Sliced

1 Bag Waffle Fries- Cooked
Directions
Preheat oven or smoker to 350 degrees.
Combine the softened cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Honky Tonk rub, green onion and cooked chicken together and mix well.
Place the dip into a cast iron pan or baking dish. Place in the smoker for 15 minutes.
Top with the remaining cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. And return to the smoker for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown.
Drizzle with Honky Tonk Hot Sauce and garnish with sliced pickles.
Enjoy with waffle fries.
