Ingredients
- 1 LB – Jumbo Beef Hot Dogs

3 T – Brew City Mustard
-
¼ C – Rodeo Rub
- 1 Stick – Butter, unsalted

1 C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
- Slather the hot dogs with mustard and then season generously with Rodeo Rub.
- Place the hot dogs directly on the smoker to smoke for 1 hour, or until the rub is well tacked to the hot dogs.
- Cut the hot dogs into 2” sections and place in an aluminum pan.
- Cut the butter into tabs and add to the pan along with the Memphis King.
- Cover with foil and place back on the smoker for 80-90 minutes until the sauce is bubbling hot.
- Remove from the smoker and rest 10 minutes before serving.
