4-5 oz. | Salmon Filets, skinless |
2 tsp | Olive Oil |

Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to 275 F.
- Place salmon filets on a cedar plank, brush with olive oil, then season with Jackpot rub. Note: if using a cedar plank, soak them in water overnight before grilling.
- Place the salmon on the grill rack and cook for 25 to 30 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145 F.
- Remove the salmon from the grill, rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm with grilled vegetables.

This recipe is excellent! I’m not normally a big fan of salmon but I could eat this once a week.
