Ingredients
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese
- 4 oz – Sour Cream

1 ½ C – Pulled Chicken
- 3 – Jalapenos
- 8 oz – Bacon

3 t – Bacon Bomb
-
1 C – Quesadilla Cheese
-
¼ C – Mixed Cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven or smoker to 350 degrees. And allow the cream cheese to soften at room temp for 30 minutes.
- Remove the stems from the jalapenos and cut in ½ to remove the seeds. (Leave some seeds in for some extra heat!)
- Dice the jalapeno into small pieces.
- Cook the bacon either in a skillet or oven. Then chop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, pulled chicken, chopped bacon, quesadilla cheese, Bacon Bomb Seasoning and the diced jalapeno. Reserve 1 TB of the diced jalapeno for later as garnish.
- Mix well and then spread into an 8” baking dish or cast-iron pan.
- Place in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until heated through.
- Top with the mixed cheese and place back in the oven just until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with diced jalapeno and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
