Ingredients
- 1 LB – Bulk Breakfast Sausage
- 3 - Jalapenos
- 8 oz – Cream Cheese

1 ½ T – Lumberjack Hickory Maple Seasoning
- 6 – English Muffins
- 6 – Eggs

3 T - Butter
Directions
- Combine the cream cheese and Lumberjack Seasoning together until well mixed.
- Break the breakfast sausage into 6 equal portions and form into patties about 3 ½” wide.
- Core and julienne the jalapenos.
- Fire up the flattop to 350 degrees.
- Sear off the sausage patties.
- While the patties are cooking, sauté the julienned jalapeno in the rendered fat.
- Melt butter on the flattop and once bubbling, crack the eggs onto the flattop.
- Toast off the english muffins.
- Once the muffins are toasted, flip them and spread the cream cheese mixture on both sides.
- Once the sausage is fully cooked and the eggs are fried to your liking, build the sandwiches.
- English muffin bottom followed by a sausage patty, a fried egg and topped with sauteed jalapenos. Finish with to top of the english muffin and enjoy!
