The only thing better than Thanksgiving dinner is leftovers the next day. With all of the odds and ends remaining from you feast thrown together into a pot pit, you will be enjoying the next round just as much as the main meal. Leftover than make you smile and fully satisfied.
Ingredients

1 1/2 Lb Turkey Cooked

1 1/2 C Gravy
-
3 C Stuffing
-
2 C Mashed Potatoes

2 C Green Bean Casserole
-
1 1/2 t Black Gold Garlic Pepper

2 Pie Shells
-
Optional: Cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Roll out and lay 1 pie crust into the bottom of a 9” cast iron pan.
Evenly spread the stuffing in the bottom of the pie shell and gently pack down.
Then spread the mashed potatoes over the stuffing and gently pack down.
Evenly spread out the green bean casserole.
Shred the leftover turkey and stir together with the leftover gravy.
Pour over the top of the green beans and spread evenly.
Top the pie with another pie shell and cut 2-3 holes in the top to vent.
Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the pie reaches 165 degrees.
Rest 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a side of cranberries and extra gravy.
