Ingredients

2 Lbs Beef, Thin Sliced, Almost Shaved

2 T Oil
-
2 Yellow Onions- Julienned
-
2 Green Peppers- Julienned

8 Oz Mushrooms- Sliced

4 Hoagie Rolls
-
1 Cup Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce

8 Slices Provolone Cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large sauté pan over medium high heat, sauté the peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Once the vegetables are soft, add beef and cook through.
Add the BBQ sauce and toss until everything is well coated and hot.
On a baking sheet, open the hoagie rolls and evenly distribute the filling between the buns.
Top each sandwich with 2 slices of cheese and place in the oven for 5-10 or until the cheese is melted.
