Pizza, pizza, mama mia! This Stuffed Crust Honky Tonk BBQ Chicken Pizza is a double dosey doe of Honky Tonk in each slice.
Ingredients

1 Pizza Kit:
1 Cup Milk
4 T Olive Oil
1-2 T Flour for dusting

1 Cup Honky Tonk Nashville Hot Sauce

1-2 T Honky Tonk Hot Chicken Rub

1 Chicken Breast

1 T Olive Oil

1 Red Onion- Julienned
-
1 Jalapeño- Sliced

9 Sticks- String Cheese
-
8 Oz Mozzarella- Shredded
-
2 Oz Romano- Shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In medium bowl mix 2 packs of PS Dough Mix, milk and oil. Combine until the dough is smooth and forms a ball.
Dust counter with flour and place dough on surface under the mixing bowl and let rise for 10 minutes.
Knead dough 10 times and press/roll out on a pizza stone.
Cut string cheese sticks in half and line the outer edge of the pizza crust. Roll the dough up and over the top of the cheese stick, pressing the dough together to seal the cheese inside the crust.
Dock crust and prebake for 8-10 minutes, remove and set aside to cool.
Cut 1 large chicken breast into bite sized cubes and in a medium bowl add 1 ½ T PS Honky Tonk Hot Chicken Rub and toss until all pieces are covered.
In a skillet pan with 1 T oil, cook chicken until done and set aside.
On crust base spread ½ cup PS Honky Tonk Hot Chicken BBQ Sauce.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Romano covering the interior of the pie.
Top with chicken, red onion, and jalapeño placing toppings according to your creative taste.
Finish baking pizza for 35-45 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Remove and serve hot!
