Ingredients

2 Lb Pulled Pork

1 1/2 Cup Peach Buzz Hickory Whiskey BBQ Sauce

1 Red Onion- Julienned
-
1 T Cooking Oil
-
2 T Brown Sugar
-
2 T Red Wine Vinegar
-
6 Oz Brie
-
8 Slices Texas Toast
-
1 Cup Mayo
Directions
Reheat the pulled pork with the Peach Buzz BBQ in a saucepot over medium/low heat. Stir often to avoid burning.
In a sauté pan, over medium high heat, cook the onions in oil until translucent. Then add the vinegar and brown sugar and continue to cook until the liquid is absorbed.
Build the sandwiches with the pork, onions and brie. Spread mayo on the outside of the sandwiches.
In a clean sauté pan, over medium high heat, toast the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until warmed through and golden brown.
Serve and enjoy!
