Ingredients
- 1 – Flatbread crust

½ C – Peach Buzz BBQ Sauce
- 2 oz – Prosciutto
- 2 oz – Goat Cheese
- 1 – Peach, sliced
- ½ oz – Arugula

¼ C - Honey
-
1 T – Bee Sting Hot Honey Rub
Directions
- Preheat grill/smoker set up for indirect heat, to 350 degrees or prepare for open flame grilling.
- Spread the Peach Buzz BBQ sauce on a flatbread crust leaving about ½” edge.
- Break apart the prosciutto and evenly lay it out on the flatbread. Crumble the goat cheese on top as well.
- Arrange the sliced peach on the flatbread and then place on the grill. Cook until the flatbread starts to crisp and the goat cheese has mostly melted.
- Mix the honey and Bee sting together to make the hot honey.
- Top the flatbread with the arugula and then drizzle with hot honey.
