Ingredients
- 1 Jar – Dill Pickle Spears
- 12 Piece – String Cheese

2 t –Black Gold - Garlic Pepper
- 12 – Wonton Wrappers
- Dipping Sauce
Directions
- Cut the ends of the pickles so that they are the same size as the pieces of string cheese.
- Set up a small bowl of cold water to dip your fingers.
- Lay down one wonton wrap with a corner pointed toward you.
- Lay a pickle and a piece of string cheese together diagonally across the wonton.
- Dip two fingers into a bowl of water and then dab onto the outer edges of the wonton.
- To roll the wonton, bring the corner closest to you and fold it over the top of the pickle and string cheese. Gently press the wetted wonton as you fold.
- Bring in the sides of the wonton and seal the creases.
- Roll the wonton away from you until the egg roll is sealed.
- Continue with the remaining ingredients.
Lightly spray the rolls with olive oil before placing the sticks in a 375-degree air fryer for 6-8 minutes. (or until golden brown)
Allow to cool for 3-4 minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces
