Ingredients
- 1 ½ LB – Smoked Venison Sausage

2 C – Apple Cider Vinegar

3 T – Sugar
- 1 – Yellow Onion (small)
- 3 Clove – Garlic
- 1 – Jalapeno

½ t – Whole Mustard seed

1 t – Peppercorns
-
¼ t – Whole Anise Seed
-
½ t – Coriander
- 1 – Dried Guajillo Chile, stemless and seeded

1 t – MultiTool Ultimate Blend
Directions
- Bring the sugar and vinegar to a boil, and then remove from heat to cool slightly.
- Cut the sausage into 2” chunks. Julienne the onion and roughly chop the jalapeno.
- Peel the garlic and smash the cloves just slightly.
- Add all the ingredients to a large mason jar and then fill with the vinegar mixture, leaving only 1/8” space from the top.
- Seal and place in the fridge for 6-7 days.
- Enjoy!
