Ingredients

1 – Pineapple
- 1 – Jalapeno

3 TB – El Dinero Hatch Chile Rub
- Pineapple Juice
- Tequila
- Triple Sec
Directions
- Slice the jalapeno into 1/8” slices.
- Cut 3 slices of pineapple (un peeled) and then cut those into 1/4s. Make a small cut from the tip of the wedge so that it can be a garnish on a glass.
- Peel and small dice the rest of the pineapple.
In a shaker, combine: 2 oz – Tequila; 1 oz – Triple Sec; 3 oz – Pineapple Juice; 2 TB – Diced pineapple; 3-4 slices – jalapeno
- Add 1 cup of ice and replace the lid.
- Shake until cold.
- Rim a glass with El Dinero Taco rub and then fill the glass ¾ full with ice.
- Pour the drink into the glass and add garnishes.
